Definitive Measures Against Typhoons by Rectification of EM
The 6th Environment Forum “Utsukushima EM Paradise” introduced in the previous issue has reached conclusions regarding EM radiation contamination countermeasures. For details, refer to the 2016 EM Disaster Recovery Support Project Case Study Collection published by U-net.
In the 97th issue of this series, I introduced the EM rectification effect that was able to take measures against typhoons, earthquakes, thunder and electromagnetic waves. There really is no end to the various miracles that are occuring mainly in the main island of Okinawa. The damage from typhoons has been drastically decreased. Dust buildup on buildings and cars car dust and particulate matter (PM 2.5) have greatly decreased, leaving everything fresh and beautiful. Since the end of 2013 the yield and quality of agricultural crops have improved markedly. Household electricity charges have gone down by 10 to 15%. Since the electromagnetic waves were rectified, children’s ability to concentrate has improved and the results of national academic proficiency tests of Okinawan children, who had been always ranked at the bottom until 2013, improved to 24th place in the rankings in 2014, 20th in 2015, and this year 13th place.
A few months after the rectification occurred I wrote an article entitled “The Genesis of Heaven on Earth through the Law of Syntropy” which appeared in the Funai Mail Club issue #108 issued on January 23, 2014. In this I discussed future possible effects in Okinawa, and everything turned out as I had foreseen.
As I introduced in the 97th issue (July 22nd, 2015), the typhoon that came to Okinawa in July of last year has announced by the meteorological observatory as a huge, powerful typhoon, but there was very little damage and there was a bountiful harvest of agricultural crops including sugar cane. As a result, various public announcements were made saying this was due to few typhoons and no damage.
On October 2nd of this year, too, a typhoon measuring 905 hectopascal hit the main island of Okinawa, the strongest ever recorded by the Okinawa weather station, a special alert warning was issued, all transportation facilities stopped, and everything was closed including public offices and supermarkets, hospitals and so on.
As announced by the meteorological observatory, before approaching the Okinawa main island this typhoon had a forecast circle of a huge typhoon. The typhoon was forecast to hit the eastern side of the main island of Okinawa first, but as it approached the main island of Okinawa, it rapidly changed direction to the west side and the wind speed declined at the time it passed west of Kumejima Island. It became tornado shaped and then the eye of the typhoon quickly disappeared.
This pattern is the same for all typhoons (three huge typhoons) since 2014 where the rectification barrier was formed in the main island of Okinawa. And in 2016 this influence extends to Daitojima Islands, Miyakojima Islands and Amami Oshima Islands. The results of O-ring and other measurements of various quantum entanglements revealed that a huge rectifying barrier with a radius of 354km was formed at 55km above the main island of Okinawa.
Inside of this circle, the nature of the sunlight and rain changes. Light is transformed into some kind of yellow light (with less harm done by ultraviolet rays), and rain is transformed into water as pure as shrine holy water (rain which restores all things). Therefore, the soil and the environment are improved every year, there are few natural disasters, and it becomes a veritable paradise on earth.
This circle was about 80km in 2014, but became stabilized to 260km in 2015 and 354km from 2016. In an extreme way of saying, the clouds and air that passed through this circle are purified, so that its benefits expand further, but the range that has absolute significance is 354km from the main island of Okinawa.
Last month, on November 1st after the typhoon the prefectural sugar industry-related association announced the prospective yield in 2016. The area located within this circle far exceeds what was seen as a good harvest last year; the Okinawa main island increased by 2.9%, Miyakojima city increased by 5%, the south and north Daitojima Islands, and Kumejima Island that the typhoon grazed greatly increased its yield, with an 42.8% increase in the whole remote island region (normally there would be a 20 to 30 % decrease). Since sugar cane growth will continue in the future, I think that just as last year, we will achieve results beyond expectations during this fiscal year.
On the other hand, Ishigakijima Island and its surrounding islands outside this boundary circle have seen a decrease of 11.4%, which is due to the heavy rain in spring and the typhoons.
Although it seems hard to believe, if you investigate the typhoon damage for several years before to now in Taramajima Island, next to Ishigakijima Island and Miyakojima Island, outside of this barrier circle, and future conditions, the difference will become even clearer. Figures 2-1 and 2-2 show the latest typhoon analysis method in the Nihon Keizai Shinbun on September 25th this year.
Using this method, the results of measuring Typhoon 18, the local paper Okinawa Times predicted initially on October 2 it would be a massive typhoon. The only way to solve the mystery of the measurements in this article is to accept the effects of the EM rectification barrier.
Figure 2-2 Typhoon analysis Prior to the threat
(Nihon Keizai Shimbun article # 2 on September 25, 2016)
Estimated by cloud satellite image
The typhoon refers to the tropical cyclone whose maximum wind speed in the vicinity in the center is about 17 m per second and the strength is determined by the maximum wind velocity. The lower the air pressure near the center, the stronger the wind. As the force of the typhoon increases, the structure surrounding the wall cloud that developed the center eye is clear. When weakening, the eye sometimes forms a concentric multiplet structure, and the state of the clouds and the strength of the typhoon are closely related.
Because it is difficult to directly measure the wind speed and pressure of the typhoon on the ocean, the “Dovolak method,” which estimates the strength from satellite images of cloud patterns, etc. is used. However, there is a certain degree of error. If estimates of wind speed and pressure are different from actual values, deviations in prediction results will occur, so it is essential to reduce errors.

Typhoon #18, Strong Wind on The West Side
Analysis from Associate Professor Yamada of the University of the Ryukyus, Wind Speed of 80 meters
On the 7th, Associate Professor Hiroyuki Yamada of the Faculty of Science of the University of the Ryukyus and others held a press conference at the university, stating that the wind was stronger on the west side of Typhoon 18, observing maximum wind speed of 59.7 meters in Kumejima Town, and announced the result of analysis showing the maximum wind speed reached 80 meters.
In typhoons wind usually tends to be stronger on the east side than the west side, but with Typhoon 18 this was reversed. Professor Yamada pointed out that, “If the course is closer to the east and the west side of the typhoon passes Kumejima Island, there may be more serious damage.”
The reverse of what is usual. The reason is unknown.
In joint research between the University of the Ryukyus and the Meteorological Research Institute of the University of the Ryukyus, radio waves were emitted from a Doppler radar of the Meteorological Agency in Nanjo City towards the typhoon, and the wind speed and the strength of the rain were measured from the change of the frequency of the reflected radio waves.
By radar analysis, was estimated that the central pressure had developed to 905 hectopascal between 3-5pm on the 3rd, and 925 hectopascal when it passed through Kumejima Island. The eye of the typhoon was about 15 km in radius, about half the normal size. Associate Professor Yamada explained that “Typhoon 18 was a very compact typhoon with clouds clustered together… There is a fear that even with a small typhoon like this time there will be severe wind.”

- 10 gram houtskool/steenkool
- 10 gram super cera c poeder
- 1 cc EM-X Gold

In the previous article, I explained how to create an EM barrier in the agricultural field, and we received various positive reports from people who performed this method. They have reported that growth is stable, yield and quality have improved, wildlife damage has been significantly reduced, and so on. Also, applications are progressing in the livestock and fisheries fields.
The basic method is to set up plastic bottles that are Hado sources at the four corners of the barn, connect these with a mini rope, and if possible connect this to an electric pole or power supply. In the case of fisheries, it is done in the same way as in fields. Since the space inside the barrier is rectified and the harmful energy is significantly reduced, if combined with EM, it is possible to achieve various limit breakthroughs.
As I have often mentioned, in November three years ago, an EM barrier produced by the return electrical current from the EM Wellness Resort Costa Vista Okinawa, Hotel & Spa and the EM-X GOLD manufacturing factory was completed throughout the main island of Okinawa. This barrier now has a dome shape of 55km.
The level of rectification in this space is about the same level as SPACE MATE, which is made of EM-X ceramics solidified with plastic. In other words, this space of 55km has the function of EM SPACE MATE, the antioxidant and non-ionic functions and the ability to transform harmful energy into useful energy.
Over 20 years ago, I performed experiments on the functionalization of water by EM-X ceramics. Place 10 pieces of EM-X ceramics (Ring Stone)* in 100 liters of water, spray the water on the leaf side of the crop after 5 to 7 days, add the same amount of water that was used, and repeat. It is an easy method to always have 100 liters on hand.
As a result, the virus that infected papaya became much less virulent, when cucumbers were inoculated with the virus the outbreak of disease was suppressed, and when this water was sprayed on cucumbers and tomatoes infected by the virus, the viral symptoms of the sprouts disappeared and normal growth began.
Similar results also appear in soil application, and the soil gradually becomes more soft and porous. It was also confirmed that the water clusters of water in contact with EM-X ceramics became smaller, and dissolved oxygen rapidly increased.
(* Currently, “EM-X Ceramics (Ringstone)” is no longer sold. Please use “PIPE 35” or “Ii〜Mizu KAGEN” as a substitute.)
As an Effect of the EM Barrier
I have previously explained that things became clean throughout Okinawa. For example,
exhaust gas on highways and tunnels in Okinawa has been purified, the level of particulate matter (PM2.5) blowing over from China remains extremely low, and previously dirty buildings and cars are now quite clean.
In addition, the greenery in mountains and urban areas has become much more abundant, and because of a reduction in the shock waves caused by typhoons, agricultural products such as sugar cane, and other crops and fruits, have grown in a stable way we have never experienced before.
This huge barrier also rectifies ultraviolet rays, so the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays are also significantly reduced. At the same time, the rain falling within this barrier has the same antioxidant power as the water immersed in the EM SPACE MATE, which made EM-X ceramics even more functional, producing non-ionization and converting harmful energy to useful energy.
Since these effects accumulate, the natural environment of Okinawa is steadily becoming more abundant year after year. This year is said to be a poor harvest year, with the harvest down by 30% compared to a normal year’s crop, but because there has been no typhoon attack, as shown in the photos, Rembu (Photo 1), Bananas (Photo 2), Shiikuwasha, flat lemons (Photo 3), Guava (Photo 4) etc. have grown in an abundance we have never seen before.
Rembu (Photo 1)
Bananas (Photo 2)
Shiikuwasha, flat lemons (Photo 3)
Guava (Photo 4)
Even though mangos were not sprayed with pesticide, they are surprisingly fruitful in open ground, and passion fruits are also impressively fruitful. In addition, the sprouts of papaya that had been infected with viruses have grown normally (Photo 5), an example we have never been before, for usually infected papaya shrink at the tip and the fruits are misshapen.
Compared to a few years ago, the soil has become more soft and porous year by year, gradually becoming more fertile, the number of banana weevils, which are fatal to banana cultivation, has also drastically decreased, and the damage from beetles has also been contained. Diseases such as viruses, anthracnose and others have drastically decreased, and there are considerably fewer pests. As a result, the capabilities of horticultural enthusiasts and farmers throughout Okinawa have improved dramatically, with every field and garden growing impressively, and sugarcane etc. experiencing unprecedented growth.
Although I cannot say anything conclusive yet, this has had a great influence on the ocean, too. That is, due to the strong anti-oxidation and non-ionization power of rain falling in the EM barrier, rust caused by salt damage (sea breeze damage) has disappeared, and even if it rains heavily there is no severe pollution as in the past. Most of the pollutants present in the water are ionized through electricity. Therefore, contamination is easy to disperse and is hard to clean up.
In recent years I have heard that the ocean in the main island of Okinawa has become cleaner, more fish are caught, and the revival of coral is proceeding rapidly. These desirable phenomena are due to the contamination on land being cleansed by rain with antioxidant and nonionic effects, so the ocean no longer becomes polluted.
In the past, Okinawa’s rainwater caused many problems since metal machinery would quickly rust when washed with rainwater, and most of the buildings and cars in Okinawa gave the impression of being “dirty” because of conspicuous rust. Nowadays we don’t see this at all, and most people are under the impression that Okinawa’s buildings and cars have always been this clean.
These days, when you immerse rusty equipment in the rainwater falling on the main island of Okinawa, rust comes off and the items become completely clean. Rainwater has become exactly like the pure sacred water used at shrines. When such rainwater flows out into the sea, the natural result is that the antioxidant properties and nonionizing function of the sea increase, water clusters become smaller, and the amount of dissolved oxygen increases.
We have had very few typhoons this year, and the sea surface temperature in July reached 30.1℃ , the highest on record. In a situation like this, bleaching will occur in coral reefs in the entire area of Okinawa Prefecture. But according to divers, while large-scale coral bleaching has occurred since the middle of July in the outlying smaller islands of Miyako and Ishigaki, contrary to these examples such bleaching has not occurred in the main land of Okinawa.
If there is no typhoon in August and the seawater temperature rises even more, this coral bleaching phenomenon may occur in the main waters of the main island of Okinawa. However, according to many divers, while the surface temperature of the water abnormally high, the temperature at the bottom is unexpectedly low, and the coral remains healthy. In other words, we are seeing the phenomenon of reverse entropy produced by EM’s rectifying power.

Dr. Higa Living A Dream nieuwsbericht #108:
When we make activated EM we use seawater, but high quality activated solution can also be made by adding salt so the content is equivalent to seawater (3 to 3.5% salt). Since bacteria are completely suppressed, this solution does not deteriorate even after one year has passed, as long as it is saved in air-tight containers. Therefore, it can be used in a stable manner as an inoculum for secondary activated liquid.
If this good quality activated solution used as an inoculum is increased by using seawater, theoretically, repeated long-term usage is possible. However, in order to maintain the balance of microflora, you need to add 1:5,000 to 1:10,000 of EM Super Cera C powder and about 1:1,000 to 1:2,000 of stock solution.
If it is hard to collect sea water but you need to make a large quantity of activated EM, use a corresponding 3 to 3.5% amount of salt in order to produce a large amount. If you do not store secondary activated EM for a long time (2-3 months), you can reduce the salt content up to about 1%, so if it is to be used as soon as possible, you can reduce the amount of salt content.
The activated EM with seawater made in this way can be used for pest control, with a 1:50 dilution used for once-per-week foliar application. This will have a sufficient preventative effect. However, if pests do appear, add EM Super Cera C powder to the 1:50 dilution at a dilution of 1:1,000 to 2,000, and use once every 2 to 3 days.
We often receive questions asking whether salt damage is a cause for concern, but so far there have been no complaints from the people who have used it correctly, and we have actually received many reports of appreciation. When applied to the soil, too, apply it once a week, a 1:50 dilution if the soil is sufficiently moist after rainfall, and a 100 to 200 dilution if it is dry. When using it constantly for watering (irrigation), aim for a 1,000 to 2,000 dilution.
There are various reasons for adding salinity, the first one being that it suppresses saprophytic bacteria and produces high quality EM activated solution. Second, it produces a spreading agent effect when used in foliar spraying. In addition, because salt ions carry energy efficiency to plants, photosynthesis efficiency is further enhanced and the absorption of trace elements (which are contained in salt) from leaves is also promoted.
Even when it is applied to soil, it will rectify the resistance of various types of electricity and magnetism etc. in the soil, so it helps to prevent hardening of the soil. The salt, as I already mentioned, will over time be converted to fertilizer by EM. In order to enhance this effect, it is necessary to manage use so that the density of EM is increased through the application of organic matter; at the same time one should use coal (smoked charcoal etc.) in combination, or bury EM mudballs with charcoal and EM Super Cera C powder (containing 20 to 30% charcoal, 1% EM Super Cera C powder) 30 to 50cm deep in the ground every 1 to 2m. Every year the soil will become increasingly fertile.
Additionally, to 500 cc of activated EM made with sea water add 10g of charcoal, 10g of EM Super Cera C powder, and 1 cc of EMX GOLD, take two 3V lithium ion batteries (available at dollar shops) to make 6V, tape these up in a plastic bag to prevent moisture from entering the container, and this will be a perfect Hado source for a barrier.
The points are as shown in the figure and explanations below. Since the effects of EM are amplified resonantly, if you use EM as freely as air or water, the effects of the barrier will be doubled.
Multipurpose Utilization of Salt
As I have frequently written in this series of website articles, when we continue to apply EM, the soil will be converted to fertilizer. I have also explained how, one week before planting, if we spray activated EM made with seawater so that the undiluted solution moistens the surface of plants, weeds will subsequently be kept under control.
In past studies, salt starts to turn into fertilizer after 20-30 days, therefore it is clear that a multipurpose application is possible, since it can act as supplementary fertilizer, the salt has herbicidal effects, and it can cope with soil pests including snails and slugs.
Rough salt similar to natural salt is available for 25kg for ¥1,500. Spread 50 to 100g per square meter of this rough salt on the entire surface of the area after plant preparation is completed. When you plant seedlings, get rid of the salt on the surface and then it is all right to plant right away. If you are going to sow the seeds, one week later apply a 500 to 1,000 times solution of EM (apply 3 liters per 1 ㎡) until the salt is dissolved, or after the salt has dissolved due to rain, and then sow the seeds.
Also, when weeding measures are taken after planting, salt is spread between the rows so as not to touch the crops. After that, lightly spray the 500 to 1,000 times activated EM on the leaves just in case.
1. Spread salt between the bunches of plants and put some weeds to mulch.
The leaf lettuce on the left is an example in which weeds are suppressed by spreading salt after planting and there is a remarkable fertilization effect in the latter half of growth. Salt, which mainly contains NaCl, is completely soluble in water, so if appears to be causing harm, apply 500 to 1,000 times activated EM so the soil is sufficiently moist (3 to 5 liters per 1㎡), and no salt damage will occur at all.
If you use salt well, it will control weeds, snails and slugs will also decrease and will soon be gone, and it is a perfect measure against soil pests. Spreading 50kg of salt per 1,000 square meters for solar thermal disinfection and using 500 to 1,000 liters of activated EM in combination will allow you to attain optimal conditions.
2. Almost no weeds have grown, and the growth of the plants in the second half will be faster.
As a result, the amount of weeds will be greatly reduced and they will be easier to remove. With the synergistic effect of EM, the soil also will become soft and crumbly, and after that change the salt concentration as necessary.
In the case of rice paddies, after the rice planting, when the seedlings are fully rooted, drain water thoroughly and apply sufficient activated EM with sea water to moisten the soil, then spread a mixture of 30 to 50 kg of dried rice bran and 30 to 50 kg of salt per 10 ares. Then apply water after 4 to 5 days, and the highest grade herbicidal effects will be obtained, and yield and quality will be greatly improved. Try this first of all on a small scale area of about 10 ares.
3. A side view. It is the first time I grew them so easily.
Where seawater is freely available, spray 3 to 5 tons of seawater per 10 ares about one week before planting. Then just before planting, apply 500 to 1,000 times activated EM to sufficiently dissolve the salt. By this method the soil will be fertilized, soil pest insects will be reduced, and weeds will be controlled. The point is, if there are no effects, increase the amount, and if there is concern about salt damage, do commonsense measures to dilute the salt with enough water.
・ Tie the plastic bottles that are Hado sources at a height of about 50cm, using rope made of strong fiber (mini rope with a 2 to 5mm diameter), which will last for about 10 to 20 years.
・ Attach a boundary line to the top of the pillar and connect it to the Hado source.
・ Connect the mini rope to the barrier line and set it on the top of the crops or in the center of the rows.
・ In order to prevent damage by birds, lay the boundary lines crosswise at the highest point, at 1.5 to 3m. intervals.
・ If the area is less than 500 square meters, one plastic bottle as a Hado source is sufficient, but when the area is about 1,000 square meters, set the bottles on diagonal corners. If the area is even larger, set them at all four corners.
・ For wildlife protection over a wide area, set the Hado sources at intervals of 50 to 100m.
・ The more the Hado sources, the greater the effect. If after setting them they seem ineffective, this is due to the degradation of the quality of the EM activated solution used, or else is due to an insufficient overall number of Hado sources.
・ When using with fruit trees, set a Hado source on each tree at a height of 1 to 1.5m, and connect them all with a mini rope.
・ If there is an electric pole next to the field, and it does not cause any problems, as explained in the 100th issue of this series it is even more effective if latent voltage can be induced using a line (mini-rope).
